Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Original tags, accessories, and invoice must be included.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

• Customized or personalized jewelry.
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
• Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling.
• Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy
